University Overview
The university is backed by the Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust, which has over 25 years of experience in building and managing respected institutions in engineering, medicine, dentistry, nursing and pharmaceutical sciences.
Today, these institutions, Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology, Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Karpaga Vinayaga College of Nursing and Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences are now constituent institutions of KVELL Deemed to be University. Together, they reflect KVELL’s vision of combining academic excellence, research, innovation and real-world learning to prepare graduates for the challenges of tomorrow.
As part of this vision. KVELL has launched the College of Emerging Sciences, a new academic institution focused on preparing students for the rapidly evolving worlds of technology, science, healthcare and innovation. The College of Emerging Sciences offers undergraduate, postgraduate, integrated, and Ph.D. programmes; supported by advanced laboratories, a vibrant research and innovation ecosystem, industry collaborations, incubation initiatives, and interdisciplinary opportunities across the wider KVELL ecosystem, students develop strong technical expertise, critical problem-solving skills, and the confidence to create solutions that address the evolving needs of industry and society.
